The Goat: A Tiny Zine

My first-ever zine, "The Goat," presented in all its glory.
Prepare to be dazzled.
A photo of my hand holding a printed copy of the zine "The Goat". I have cleverly framed it with the fairy lights around my fireplace in the background.

Hello, friends!

For the last few years I've had "Start making zines" on my Big Picture to-do list, and yet (you will be shocked), I did not make them. UNTIL NOW. I've finally finished the prototype of a silly little test zine called "The Goat." Since I have no intention of mass producing this brilliant meditation on one of Earth's most dignified inhabitants, I will share it with you here in its entirety.

I designed this to print on a single letter-sized piece of paper that I fold and cut into a little booklet. Zines are magic! But this means the images are intended to be much smaller than they appear here. Do not judge me too harshly.

For maximum enjoyment, please read the text out loud in a sing-song-y voice.

Pages 5 and 6: Inside a kitchen, a goat's butt sticks out from behind a door. Bags and boxes of food litter the floor. The words "GOAT IN MY PANTRY"

The End

I hope you enjoyed this masterpiece of art and fiction. (And I hope you want to see more, because it was super fun to make and it won't be the last.)

Gratefully,
Jenn
